Career Readiness

From new courses to strategic partnerships, College Board helps all students develop and demonstrate career-relevant skills alongside academic skills.

Why this matters

Students Crave Career Connection

Over 80% of students want more career exploration in high school. They want to build skills that prepare them for today's workforce. And they want to understand how the things they learn in high school set them up for success in the future. When learning is relevant to the world of work, students win.

HOW WE SUCCEED

Bridging Education and Workforce

For decades, College Board has brought together higher education and high schools to strengthen college readiness on a national scale. Now we're including employers and industry partners in the conversation to make multiple paths to career success more visible and more relevant.
